Q: Can someone help me think of unique fashion scrapbook ideas?
***Any unique ideas on fashion scrapbook is appreciated it!***
Ok....so I am making a fashion scrapbook for this school project and I am really stuck!
I would love some unique ideas.
So far I have two possible title names:
1. Passion on the Edge
2. Passion
What do you think? If you have any suggestion I would really appreciate it.
I am also trying to think of possible categories in my fashion scrapbook.
Thank You!
A: Well for category's you could try different Fashion styles and give them cool names
like Rebellious Rock, Princess of Prep, Very Vintage, Vamp it Up, Brightly Blessed etc...
As for the name of your Scrap Book...
Fashion Flavor, Style Savior, Passion Poison..
By using your subject and adding an adjective with the same letter it sounds good and looks great
Q: What are some good 'end of the year' scrapbook ideas?
Since I'm only in middle school, and it's my first year I want to make it memorable. This 6th grade year, I have already collected candy wrappers from this Halloween, pictures from the first day, journal entire papers, and collected things I've found to represent memories. Can you think of anything else I could use? Or what I can use for the cover? Etc., (ribbon, pictures, quotes, number problems!)
A: cover the album with your jeans...get camera take pics of fav teacher, friends. test paper? Pic of a bus leaving school. Use glitter , stickles to doodle on the jeans. make an odd number of bows for the cover. number problems on back you can use inkpens on jeans...maybe bleach..unravvel jeans on 1 spot. get teachers to write something on white paper then decorate around the paper. lunch receipts, any thing with school colors. anything from events at school..cloth from clothes you wore...stickers enough?
Q: Best friend scrapbook ideas?
Hi, it's my best friend's birthday in a couple of weeks and i want to make her a scrapbook. I already have the book, but I just need some cool ideas.
So far, I've got friend profiles (i.e. asking all our close friends their favourite thing about her and then putting a picture of the two of them together on their page), this A-Z thing of inside jokes and obviously, pictures.
I was wondering if any of you had some other cool, unique ideas?
A: That is nice of you. I would do a page where all her friends and family would right a note to her. All the scrapbooks I do I always do a couple pages of people signing and writing letters to the person on it. You can do a page with info about you guys on there. Like your guys names, age, how long you guys been friends, things you guys have in common, things you guys like to do together. good luck on the scrapbook!
Q: Las Vegas Wedding scrapbook ideas?
I'm working on ideas for my friends wedding scrapbook. Her wedding is in vegas this may. i was hoping to get some ideas on titles for pages and maybe some examples of scrapbook pages incorporating vegas and the color plum. thanks for your help.
A: My MOH is a scrapbook-aholic. She scrapped a vegas page a couple months ago and used poker chips from one of the casinos they went to in the page. It was super cute. She also bought a box of playing cards and fanned out the aces (like a hand of cards), and placed them in the corner of a photo.
On the opposite side, she found a picture of vegas, mounted it on black paper, then placed rinestones around the perimeter to look like casino lights. I'm always in awe of her work [she's doing my invitations]. It's so cute and glitzy. Glitter on every page.
Q: Do you have any ideas for the contents of a scrapbook for a friend?
My friend is moving away and I would like to make her a scrapbook as a gift. I have asked almost this exact question before and recieved many answers for designing it, but I am now looking for diffirent pages to include. Things besides just photos. For example, I'm going to include a "games page" and I will put a baby picture of each of my friends and she will have to guess who's who.
A: I don't know if I answered your question before but check out the tutorial below and hopefully they will have information or suggestions that may help you. I hope they do but not being sure what you are looking for I thought this may help.

Q: Do you have any good ideas for pages in my 8th grade scrapbook?
I have an introduction, family, friends, sports, activities, things that have happened in our world and country this year, a letter to myself, things i like, things that bug me and other things like that. I have some extra pages and want some good ideas for things to put on them asap. thanks!
A: It's also fun to list prices of things: gas, milk, bread, etc.
How about popular things: songs, music, videos, tv shows, brands.
How about a prediction page? You predict where you will be in 5 years, 10 years and so on.
List of your favorite things: food, teachers, subjects, clothes, cars, sports, etc.
List of your least favorite things..
Hope this gives you something to go on! Have fun.
Q: Fun Scrapbook Ideas.?
I am making a scrapbook for my military man.. :)
He is in Iraq. We are planning on getting married Dec. 20 of next year.
What kind of ideas do you have?? Where at?
A: If he is in Iraq I would suggest keeping the actual book at home, just in case he doesn't have room or the ability to keep it well. It would be great to make the book and scan it and send the copy. You can shrink the pages down on a color copier and make it small enough that he can easily carry it with him. This is something he'll want to keep forever and he'd be devasated if it got lost or ruined. Of course, it completely depends on what type of work he does and what type of living environment he has. I know it varies greatly.
Make a page (or pages) of pictures of his family. A page of your family. A page dedicated to just the two of you. If he has a favorite pet a home dedicate a page to the pet. If he's sent you any post cards or special letters or souveniers you might want to consider including a picture of them. If you have cards or post cards from him you might want to shrink them on a copier machine as use them as embelishements.
Include pictures of things you are doing while he is away. A picture of your work or school. A picture of places you like to hang out. Movies you've seen or tv shows you're into
And make a page or two of things you want to do and places you want to go when he gets home. Maybe pictures of a nice restaurant or brochures for a trip you'd like to take.
Take pictures of places he likes to go - include his favorite sports team or bar. Is he in love with his car (my dh is)? Try to get a picture of it and promise it's being taken care of.
I hope that at least helps! My husband just left the Navy after 10 years. He's now going to work as a civil servant for the Dept of the Navy. One of my brothers is in Iraq for the 5th time! He's a civilian contractor now but he served in the Army and the Air Force. I know how tough it is for those guys & their families. I think what you are doing is a fantastic idea. I wish I'd be in to scrapbooking when my husband was overseas. We could have added a lot to that book over the years!

and also what are some things me and his sister could do before christmas that i can take pictures of...we went to disney land together and lake powell---we always go to movies but what are some fun things i could take her to?? she is 12 and i am 19
A: I suggest checking out the scrapbook gallery and forum on Splitcoaststampers. The even have a specific mini albums section: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=6640
From what I have seen people include pictures, ticket stubs (as you said), cutouts of favorite characters. Just check out the examples there, I am sure you'll find some great inspiration.
Q: Scrapbook project ideas?
I'm doing a scrapbook project on "The Things They Carried." Please I need ideas on what I can do with the cover, if you have experience with scrapbooking I would really appreciate your help...I want something original and extraordinary! Any tips? Thank you so much to all the helpful answers! :-)
Websites are helpful too.
A: Hmm, tricky.... I tend to gravitate towards silhouettes... Is this for a class? How old is your audience? The nice thing about silhouettes is that it can mute some of the more traumatic things about war, such as a solider carrying his gun can be just as powerful, but a young child could see it and it might be less graphic. Michaels has some nice stickers that are black and easy to use, cover them with a filmy wax paper to create a more smokey look. The other thing I might do is highlight some of the main components of the book, such as the stone, or tea-soak some paper to make a letter look old. You can also use a smaller brownish stamp pad to distress the edges.
I might also look at various covers of the book online, like at Amazon.
Hope this helps!
Q: Any suggestions/ ideas for making a student teaching scrapbook?
I have just completed my student teaching and have graduated from school. This year has been so eventful, I've hardly had a chance to sit back and appreciate it. Does anyone have any ideas for how I can make a keepsake for myself- I have a few photos, lots of student art work, and tons of lesson plans I'd like to include.
A: A year in the life of a student teacher. Then go from there~

Q: For my son's scrapbook, I need ideas for "when you were born"?
My son was born September 20th, 2005, I need ideas for a page about the day/year he was born.
I have seen those plaques for people, but I don't see any for 2005, since it is so recent.
So far I have put the price of stamps, who won the World Series, how many kids were born that year, the price of gas, top baby names, number one song and movie and who the President and Vice president were, now I am trying to find the weather that day.
Any other suggestions on what to add?
A: One of the things we did was, local and national newspaper for that day. We cut the major headlines, and local news and put them in his scrapbook.
Q: Bridesmaids are making a page for scrapbook for the bride...any ideas on what I can do?
As a bridal gift, the bridesmaids are going to organize a scrapbook for the bride. Each bridesmaid will have a page to devote to pictures, sayings, etc. I am NOT a scrapbook person, I don't have many pictures & the ones I have I don't want to give up to put in a scrap book. Does anyone have any creative ideas & what do I do about my limited pictures that I don't want to lose?
A: Why not make a collage scrapbook?
I use PhotoMix software to create mycollages which makes things go smoother and is easy to make the pages more elegant or crazy. The best thing is you don't have to give up your photos.
For ideas as to what to put in the book. Well pictures of course any that you want to put in. If you use the software you will just have to scan and print your pages. Also, feel free to add extras to the scrapbook. Things like reciepts or tickets of events you and the bride did together, or anything that would be special to the bride, anything that has to do with the wedding, friends, family, the skys the limit on this one. All it takes is a great imagination.
Q: hilarious scrapbook ideas?
i'm making a scrapbook for one of my bffs. she happens to be the kind of person who doesn't love anything in particular, so I don't know what to put in it. But of course she loves to laugh. What hilarious things can I put in the scrapbook that will make her crack up like crazy? quotes, pictures, anything. copy and paste, please! (we don't really have any personal jokes, so i can't put those in there.)
ideas? thanks!
A: I always wanted to do this but haven't gotten around to it...
Make a funny faces page(s). You take all of those pictures where you have captured people not looking their best and use those pictures. The title would be "Now Starring in Funny Faces" and create film strip roll and put those funny pictures into the "film." You can create funny sayings about the movie using funny facts about the people starring in it.
Good luck!
